    Hello,

I already installed and setup the plugin, but there is notification that I need to install Ip2Nations, when I tried to click the button, there are some minutes until the page refreshed, and after it’s refreshed, it redirects me to the dashboard of WordPress, and then when I open Custom Content page again, the button still there.

And seems like the shortcode is not working. I already exclude my country code, but the content still showing on mine.

    Thank you.

    Hello,

    Any updates?

If you’re happy that the database is installed, I believe there’s also a button to dismiss the notification.

If you need to install the database manually, which is quite possible on shared hosting platforms with limited resources, you’ll find the SQL files to import under wp-content/plugins/custom-content-by-country/incw/ip2nation/

if your shortcodes aren’t working, then it’s possible the db isn’t actually installed correctly. But you may need to give me more details as to what “is not working” means that that could be..

    Hello Paul,

Thank you for your reply. So, which .sql file that I need to import? ip2nation.sql or ip2nationCountries.sql? And is this import process can be done directly on PHPMyAdmin?

    Thank you.

You’ll need both sql imports. and yep, directly through phpmyadmin is fine
