This plugin should not be affected by the device being used. It uses built-in WooCommerce hooks so that the extra validation field will behave just like every other field on the checkout page. If you are having this issue on iOS then it is nothing to do with the fact that you are using an iPad. The error message about email addresses not matching will only ever appear if the email address do not match exactly – perhaps when you are inputting text in the iPad, a space is added to the end of one of the fields and this would be causing the error.

Basically – the device or browser will have no effect on the functionality of this plugin and the issue is more likely going to be that there are spaces or other characters that are causing the two email address fields to contain different text. Make sure the two email address input fields are entirely identical and things should work just fine.

Sorry I can’t be of more help.

    Regards,
    Hugh
