• Initially this plugin worked fine to resolve problems I was having with dropdown menus on iPads, iPhones my (Lenovo) tablet.
Then 8 days ago, I became aware that the submenus stopped displaying for the iPad and iPhone unless the user was logged into the site. Once logged in, the submenus display just fine.
I have tried deactivating the two plugins I added between the time we knew the submenus were displaying and stopped displaying but the issue persists. BTW, the two plugins were for tagging media (WP Media Category Management) and statistics (WP Statistics).
I am at a loss as to explain how the functionality has deteriorated or how to resolve it. I also have not had any success in finding a replacement plugin.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
    thank you
    Jill

    Hi Jill,
the plugin’s behavior is intentionally not enabled on iPads and iPhones as they should provide the same behavior natively.
Anyway the latest version of the plugin comes with a filter to force the plugin behavior even on iOS devices. Just take a look at the FAQ.
