Is it possible to follow this via email with Kadence themes? I’ll need to share account credentials, since the Woo store is closed to subscribers only.

Are your products showing in other browsers? Have you cleared all your cache?

Hey Hannah.
They are being displayed in desktop and mobile browsers with no problems (even in “iPad mode” in Chrome’s desktop F12). Seems like a problem with iPads, more specifically. Any ideas on this one?

I believe this issue relates to your other one. Have you tried deactivating your plugins to test if any are conflicting?

I gotta try that, but it doesn’t make much sense that some products works ok, and other don’t.

Your issue is caused by the plugin: a3 Lazy Load.

It’s always so so helpful if you just deactivate your plugins and test to see if the issue remains.

I tested in iPad and it looks great! a3 Lazy Load is really the one causing it. I deactivated some plugins to test, in my local env, but I believe I skipped this one.
