• Hi,

would appreciate any advice anyone may have from users or the developer – this plugin is terrific, but when I run it on an iPhone or iPad, the player controls are only displaying as a top half, split as if the image has been cropped.

Does anyone know of a fix or a workaround ? I’m using an Elegant Theme that configures a responsive site, but I’m unsure how that might affect the display of these controls.

I can still click the half-button and play the Mp3, so the plug-in works terrifcally, it just isn’t displaying correctly.

I’ve emailed the developer directly with the website in question, as it’s subject to an in-progress confidentiality with the client.

    Many thanks in advance

  • Have you heard anything from the developer on this matter? We are not alone in this issue and it would really great to know that it is being addressed. I love this plugin but it is not ipad friendly which is a HUGE drawback ??

    HI memphis73

Please provide link to your site, most likely the theme overrides some of the plugins css. So far on the themes we tested the plugin does work ok on iPad, iPhone, iMac etc.

We have been on holidays lately and then had tons of other work.
After all this is free plugin, and we could work on it only in our free time.

Sorry! I didn’t mean to complain. It’s just so close to being perfect for my site and it’s frustrating me not to get it right. I think you guys are great and I appreciate your responsiveness. I tried adding margin:0; to the css as you suggested in another thread, but unfortunately that didn’t help. Any other suggestions would be hugely appreciated!

I love the player but I have the same issue with only the top half of it showing on an iphone. The site I’m building is using the Max Magazine theme. I have your player at the bottom of this post:
