iPhone 5 Safari ignores cookie?

Hi I am building this site: https://jenny.paladin-bs.com/
when I make a popup it works on FF and Chrome, even android (Samsung Galaxy 5). It shows once and then when closed does not show again, as desired.However, on iPhone 5 Safari it shows all the time … as if it is ignoring the cookie that is set.
Any thoughts ?
