    Hello I have been using the wool commerce iPhone app to update products but whenever I press update in erases all my attributes.

    Is that due to the app or do I have a problem with my network, I don’t have a very fast network so I don’t know what to do

    When I visited your site https://safestep.gr/ I noticed nothing unusual. If you could share a screenshot that shows the problem, that would be helpful. We recommend https://snipboard.io for easily sharing screenshots – please follow the instructions on that page, then paste the URL in this thread.

    Is that due to the app or do I have a problem with my network

    As such a problem has not been reported by other users of the app, the issue seems to be elsewhere. Can you please switch to a different network and check if the issue persists?
