iPhone App articles do not appear on my site

  • I have downloaded the iPhone app and logged in to my site, and written articles. I can see them on the iPhone, and on the “Edit Posts” option, but even though they are published, I don’t see them on the actual blog site, nor in the summary of posts. I had to edit and fiddle with it and then save under Edit Posts to get it to appear. Any thoughts?

    Sorry, more info, I select status Published on the iPhone, but it’s appearing as Scheduled on the site itself – with a time of when I posted…

    It does eventually seem to move from Scheduled to Published – how does this happen?

    Is the time on your web server the same as the time on your iPhone? If the iPhone is fast, or your web server is slow or in a different time zone, this might happen.

    OK – I could look at this. Is there any way not to do the whole Scheduled thing and just publish immediately? I’m not selecting Scheduled on the phone, I’m selecting Published as the status.

    I think you can just change the status to “Published” and then save it. Not sure, but I sure haven’t seen any kind of delay publishing that seemed significant to me.

    (And, I apologize for taking so long to respond, but I’ve been busy the last month or so.)
