iPhone app notification sound

    I’ve purchased the API plugin so my client can access the orders of the phone. I’ve tried to attach a notification sound in the settings but first, the app asks me to access “Photos” – how do I upload any sound file to iphone photos, I don’t know.
    So I’ve made a video file out of my mp3 and uploaded to Photos on the phone, but when I select it nothing happens and the app shows “Nothing here” and no sound is attached.

    IOS is not allowing to select the audio files and that’s the issue but it should play a default sound notification when there is a new order.

    Can you tell me when a new order placed, are you getting any Push notifications or not ?

    I didn’t try it yet. So why is that feature inside the app in the first place?

    The feature has stopped working. We are working on an update for this.

    Hi, I can’t set the sound notification either on my iPhone app. Takes me to a “Library” but none of my Apple music files show up. Please help.
