iphone theme

So, I have this iphone wordpress theme that I would like to work on the iphone only but when I actvate that them it turns it on, on the pcs as well. I know that there are redirections for the iphone to got to another website while surfing with the smart phones but what would the theme url look like and is it possible to keep the pc website the same but have the smart phone version as well?
