    Hi thindpls,
first thing first; HD Quiz is 100% compatible with iPhones.

HD Quiz also has nothing to do with logins or anything like that. My best guess is that this is a caching issue either with your site or the iPhone you are using.

I’m also unable to replicate the issue on my own phone on your site.

I see that you are using WP-Optimize, so the first thing to do is go to that plugin’s settings and clear/rebuild the cache. This will ensure that any other errors you may have are flushed out allowing your site cache to be rebuilt.

The second and most important step is to clear your phone’s cache as well. Apple products and especially iPhones are notorious for aggressively caching pages. They do this in order to always feel fast since you don’t need to redownload assets that are already cached. The problem with this is that if one of your assets is corrupt, then this corrupt asset will also be cached.

    On your phone,
Step 1: Tap to open Settings
Step 2: Scroll down and tap Safari. It’s listed with Apple’s other first-party apps.
Step 3: Tap Clear History and Website Data.
Step 4: Tap Clear History and Data.

Continue through the steps, but make sure that ONLY website data is selected to be cleared. Otherwise, it will also clear your browsing history etc.

Please let me know once you’ve done the above and I will continue to assist you and help debug if clearing the cache does not fix your site.

    Thanks for the quick response.
I did clear cache in WP-Optimize and phone, I did check page using Firefox, chrome and Safari before asking for help. I also checked website page on 2 other mobile devices, one being an iPhone and one being a chrome. iPhone showed same problem but others worked fine. That is way I noticed desktop laptops, tablet and cells were great, except iPhone’s.

Did you clear your iPhone’s cache? It’s working perfectly on my iPhone

Yep, but the NEXT button under the answers still dead on my phone. I changed the content of the page and the changes appear on mobile. Oh well , thanks

Just because you change the content of the page and see that change reflected does not mean that the assets (in this case, minified javascript files) were downloaded fresh by your phone.

You have the option to immediately mark a question as correct or incorrect feature enabled. On your phone, does selecting an answer immediately mark it, or does that not work along with the next button?

If the marking also does not work then I’d say I’m 99.99% certain the issue is just your local cache and I’d say that you are best off just not worrying about this as it’s an issue with just your device and browser caches clear (timeout) automatically.

If the marking works, but the next button does not, then the issue would be something on either your site or even something on your phone is “click hijacking” – it’s hooking into when you click on an element on a page and tried to do something else. This could be something as innocuous as the broken facebook or animation integration on your site, or something sinister like your phone is infected with tracking software (note: I don’t want to scare you here, so just know that this is super unlikly), or anything in between.

    Marking it is immediate.
    Thanks
