IPN aren't receiving!

Same here and it’s been since May 2015, if I check my URL https://mydomain/?wc-api=WC_MercadoPago_Gateway I have this message: Falta De Solicitud a Mercado Pago.

And also:

No hay comunicación entre servidores
Respuesta: {“protocolVersion”:{“major”:1,”minor”:1,”protocol”:”HTTP”},”reasonPhrase”:”Internal Server Error”,”statusCode”:500}

All my settings are correct, so I appreciate any explanation (for dummies) about how to solve this, should I contact my hosting service? What should I ask them to do?

It’s the correct message.

But if the server is not receiving it means that something is blocking:

1. iThemes Security plugin, check how to solve here: tureseller.com.ar/solucion-al-problema-de-recibir-notificaciones-de-compra-desde-mercadopago-en-woocommerce-para-wordpress/
2. Mod_security, in this case you need to allow MercadoPago.
3. CloudFlare, in this case you need to allow MercadoPago.

This is a problem between your server and MercadoPago.

2) Mod_security is ok (or it seems to be OK)
