IPN failing

Well, IPN is not directly built into this particular plugin. We have a separate plugin for IPN that is a lot more powerful since it’s not limited to simply updating WooCommerce order status.

The URL that is being referenced here would be coming from the basic PayPal Standard option that comes with Woo by default. So it seems you must be using that instead of our Express Checkout integration with our plugin..??

The extra stuff is something that Woo appends to the URL to pass some extra data across (which really isn’t the best way to do that, quite frankly.)

Again, though, we need to clarify exactly which gateway you’re using at this point, and whether or not you have anything specifically configured in the PayPal account profile for an IPN URL..??
