IPN history reports 403 for all messages

    IPN history reports 403 for all messages. The URL that IPN is attempting to hit can be accessed without authentication. The connection does use HTTP. Any idea how to debug this situation?

    Also – I tried several of the URLs manually in a browser (incognito) and they work.

    Hi,

    That’s the server firewall or a security rule preventing the connection from the PayPal servers. You will need to contact your hosting support service to know about the security rule blocking that connection.
