    Hi,

    Just purchased the Pro version of the plugin, however the plugin doesn’t seem to work properly.

    1. The payment information came through only once at the initial test, since then no IPN information is received, payments are made but Payments Details screen shows “No payments for this submission”

    2. As the information is not received via IPN the completed form is not being emailed at all.

    3. Also shouldn’t the status show as Green tick box after the IPN information has been received? It’s misleading from the screenshots and frankly speaking I would not purchase the Pro version if it means I need to go through every single submission manually to check if the payment has been received.

    Hi again,

    Please ignore the first two points above, the reason for the IPN not being updated was, I believe, database cache option enabled in W3 Total Cache.

    Still I would like to see the option of having the status field updated automatically based on the outcome of the payment (Could that be done by changing status column value from 0 to 1 automatically when a value exists in payment_details column in MySQL?)

    Yes, it is possible to have status field updated automatically as per your requirement. You can ask any developer to help out with this.
