    Hope you’re well today ??

    Are you having this issue when using Live PayPal account or a Sandbox one?

    Also is this a live site or hosted locally?

    We use live PayPal and the site is live.

    Hey again Zep,

    Can you please check if you have any security plugins on your site that could cause this.

    Aside from that this could be related to your server firewall settings that are preventing IPN requests from being sent. You can contact your hosting provider with this?
