IPN PROBLEM

Hi everyone,
I have a strange problem with my store orders. I used IPN() for Paypal transactions. When the system had a notification about payment status it was changing order status. Right now I don’t know where’s a problem because it works randomly.
I checked settings on Paypal and WooComerce, they are set properly and I didn’t change anything from the beginning.
Was any update on Paypal that can cause the problem?Can somebody help me and tell me what should I do?

From what you mention, it looks like some orders are not changing status after payment through PayPal anymore. Is my understanding correct?
If yes, for such orders, can you confirm that payments are being received without issue in your PayPal account?
Can you also check the order notes on the right side? Are there any notes there about PayPal IPN?
Finally for now, under WooCommerce > Settings > Payments > PayPal Checkout, can you see if logging is enabled? If not, please enable it. Once enabled, you’ll then want to check WooCommerce > System Status > Logs for any PayPal logs that match the dates on the problem orders. Please share what you find with us here.

The problem is repeating by every second transaction, I checked logs and I got this:

I checked my Paypal and I had no problem with a transaction. I checked them with orders. I checked notes they were fine, but I think my employees could change the status manually. I don’t know how it looks can you give me an example of ipn note? I had
Order status changed from xxx to xxx

The log doesn’t say anything related to IPN issue, indeed.
The other thing that I’d like to check is Receiving email in the IPN setup on WooCommerce settings section.
Sometimes if you change primary email in PayPal but not accordingly update your receiving email in the PayPal setting on WooCommerce, there tends to be an issue with the IPN.
Can you please navigate here:
WP Admin > WooCommerce > Settings > Payments > PayPal?And then check if the
Receiver email
underIPN Email Notifications
is the same as your PayPal primary email address.Also, make sure the option
Enable IPN email notifications
is checked.Please let us know how it goes if you could make a test order and the IPN works.

I checked settings but there’s nothing wrong. I have checked the option with IPN email notification. Every morning I get messages like this:Hello, ????? ??????
