    I am not receiving e-mail messages from PayPal confirming the sale when I use these buttons. PayPal says it’s because the correct IPN URL is not specified.

    Further, PayPal said, “If you an give me the name of your plugin, I can see if I can find information on the correct IPN URL,” so I’m contacting you to see if you can shed any light on this.

    Hi mlebovic,

    This plugin does not use PayPal’s IPN feature. The error you are receiving must be related to another PayPal plugin on your website.

    I am not using another PayPal plugin, and I am not receiving an error.

    I am just not receiving notifications when a customer makes a purchase.

    PayPal suggested it might have something to do with the plug in. Apparently not.

    Hi mlebovic,

    Some of our other plugins do use PayPal’s IPN feature. But this one does not. Could you be using one of our other plugins by chance?

    Also, did you manually specify a PayPal IPN URL in the PayPal.com settings?
