    Hello,
    Sorry for my English, I’m French ??
    I have been using your plugin for years, but recently I was told that my site could not be accessed either via goole or via facebook
    In Cpanel, in errors, I get hundreds of lines with ip’s that we haven’t blocked ex:

    We do not know if the problem comes from your plugin or Modsecurity installed by our host. Dans les paramètres avancés, nous avons changé le réglage, mais cela ne semble pas faire grand-chose..
    Can you help us please because here it becomes really problematic ..

    Hi,

    If our plugin has been working for years and all of a sudden something is not working in your site, that tells me that something changed in your site or server and might not have anything to do with our plugin. Do you know what changed in your site or server?

    We do not know if the problem comes from your plugin or Modsecurity installed by our host.

    Can you speak to your host about the security implemented in your server? Maybe they can help you with this issue.
