    Hi,

    IP addresses added to the Blocked list are unblocked automatically over the time set in plugin settings.

    A user is added to the Blocked list after several unsuccessful authentification attempts. It is possible that when the user contacts you asking to unblock him and you try to find him in plugin lists, the required time is passed, and the user is unblocked. That is why you can’t find the necessary IP.

    This algorithm works only for IPs in the Blocked list, IPs from the blacklist stay there forever (only if you don’t delete them manually).
