IPv6 Support?

I would be interested in this as well if anyone has managed to fork/update this plugin for that functionality.

I could also do with adding a note to each ip so I know where they come from.

If anyone fancies contributing/working on this then we could fork this and update.

Actually, looking at the code, it should already support IPv6 addresses.
