irregular sliding/ two "active" slides at the same time

The plugin is lovely and easy to customize, which is wonderful. I have this issue however and I can’t find a reason for it: When I put more than three (more or less) slides to a gallery, slider on page starts to act weird, by which I mean it shuffles the sliders as it was going for the very next one, but instead shows a slide before. Also, it highlights two navigation bullets at once as if those two slides were pictures at the same time.

(sometimes it works properly, sometimes not. I was using latest chrome)it seems like sometimes it was loading the gallery images two times for one slider.
I would be grateful for any help. I really want to use this plugin, but my clients can’t have any bugs when displaying their projects.
