Is a filter available to disable logo cropping?

Due to the blurriness of the PNG version of our logo, I’ve facilitated the upload of SVG files. The SVG image file uploads to the media library without any problems. However, I am not presented with a ‘skip cropping’ button while in the process of specifying it as the logo in the customizer. The only button is ‘select and crop’, but I am not provided with any crop functionality on the screen and therefore cannot proceed. To get around this, I’d like to remove the logo crop functionality altogether. Does the theme provide a filter to disable logo cropping? I’m using the latest version of the theme.
