is a product page required?

im creating a logo making website that basically has 3 options for the customer to pick from in a pricing table….each option offers features u can add on to the base price. For instance a customer can ask for faster delivery and the extra price for that feature is factored into the product price on the pricing table

i want to setup the site so a customer can just choose an option from the pricing table and thatll take them to the checkout/payment stage

from reading/watch videos about woocommerce it seems i need a product page and stuff…is that a step i can skip? i basically want to use woocommerce only to guide the customer through the payment process
