Is Adsense always down for you too?

I started my blog site about a month ago and I’ve noticed that my Adsense ads are down often throughout the day (a “page cannot be displayed is shown in the ads’ place). Does anyone else notice this with their own Adsense ads, or is my computer just acting up?
