Is Adsense-Ready template a better choice than Adsense widget?

  • I am very new to WordPress, so please forgive my lack of knowledge. Trying to decide between using an Adsense-ready template or any template that I like and adding Adsense widget or plug-in — sorry, can’t remember which it is.

    So far, I haven’t found an Adsense-ready template that I like.

  • The answer depends on what you are concerned about. If it’s just a matter of having the code in place to serve up the ads, either solution should work. If you want a theme that is specifically designed with placeholders for ads, then you should choose one that is ready to go.
