Is AgentPress a Free Theme?

I’m new to the WordPress community, and there’s so much to learn that it feels like my head is about to explode. I want to make a customized website for my mom’s real estate business and was wondering what type of themes would be a good option for this? I came across AgentPress theme which looks perfect, but I’m not quite sure if it’s free and I read something about needing the Genesis Theme Framework to use it?

Any info to help me understand this better would be greatly appreciated. I’m a quick learner. Please help ?? ??
