    Was unable to reach anyone at the company via their chat plugin despite the mention that there are staff online.

    Support forum goes to a dead page.

    I would avoid. I cannot even verify they are a going concern. Their competitors seem to be more responsive.

We are using fastspring as our payment service partner, so they will accept different kind of cards, you can check it from this link https://fastspring.com/docs/payment-methods-accepted-by-fastspring/, you can check if your card is listed here or not. If not listed here we are sorry to say that we can’t accept the payment at the moment. Hope you will understand the things. It would be great if you can remove or update the rating.
