When it comes to cookies and monitor/collect any user/visitor data the only cookies we store are when changing options in the options page (broken-link-css-wrap, removed-link-css-wrap, module-extra-settings-acf). Those stores a true/false so no personal info in it.

Or are you saying that because you don’t store user/visitor data that it does not need to be included?

Those will apply only to the admin browser when configuring the plugin so you don’t need to worry about it on your privacy policy.
