Is Customify still being actively developed?

  • Hi,

    I’m glad to see you’re still replying to support topics, but I see the last update for Customify was in November 2019… I love Customify for Elementor projects, and I don’t experience any problems at the moment, but I don’t want to use a theme that’s not maintained anymore…

    So is Customify still being actively developed? When can we expect an update?

    BTW I see a version 0.3.5 in the GitHub directory, but on www.ads-software.com it’s still version 0.3.4…

    after updating to WordPress 5.5, I lost my Customize panel. I join Bob’s question: when can we expect an update?

    Hi,

    Since WordPress released the new version 5.5, many plugins/themes need to update its source code to compatible with the new feature of WP core. We are trying to create an update, and it will be released as soon as possible.

    At this time, please downgrade the WordPress version to 5.4.2 to make the site works properly.

    Please try using this plugin https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/enable-jquery-migrate-helper/ to make this theme work with WP 5.5 .

    Note: This is just a temporary fix till the time theme developers come up with an update.
