    The “Chat With Us” option doesn’t work and I have not received an acknowledgement or response to the support form I have submitted about the element preview links sending me what appears to be a hacked site.

    Please confirm what’s going on as soon as possible so that I know whether I can trust your software and support.

    Sincere apologies for the delay.
    It’s just Exclusive Addons has recently been acquired by a new company.
    With the new acquisition the service and support will certainly improve.
    Please allow a few more days for the new team to take over everything.

    Thanks for getting back to me. Congratulations on your recent acquisition, however I can see that someone has watched the LOOM video I sent you on June 11th, 2023 7:20AM and all I need to know now is whether the preview has been hacked in some way, as it appears now.

    I’ve asked AppSumo community members that have purchased Exclusive Addons whether they’ve experienced the issue so perhaps someone there will confirm in the meantime.

    I look forward to hearing from you asap whether your site has indeed been hacked.

    I notice in another thread in this forum you’ve just confirmed your site was hacked but that it’s sorted now.

    Unfortunately, mine still takes me to “Buy Turinabol in USA: High-Quality Supplements for Sale…”

    I have refreshed my browser page. Is there anything else I should do?

    Hi James,

    Tim here. I’m the new owner of Exclusive Addons. As Muntasir mentioned, we’ve been in the transition phase, so I sincerely apologize for the poor response times. We’re migrating Exclusive Addons into the processes in our existing WP product business, and we’ve had a few hiccups along the way. And yes, one of the hiccups was a temporary bit of malware that happened while we were transitioning the site from the previous hosting to our new hosting. That has all been resolved now luckily.
