Is GTM a solution for allowing javascript?

    In regard to the 0.9.38 update that added Google Tag Manager support, is that a way to implement additional javascript tags for AMP? Or is it just another way to implement Google Analytics only?

    For instance, I’m wondering if I can enable GTM and then use javascript tags from Quantcast and Statcounter.
