    Hi Ak,

    Did you update SHTML before this problem occurred?
    Also, try to add a poll outside of that plugin. If it works, then you could use the previous version of SHTML or try to contact them for support.

    Hi YOP Team,
    yes i updated SHTML and then this problem occurred.
    Earlier to that it was working perfect.
    Please let me know if there is any possible workaround to this or i have to look out for any other options.

    Hey Ak,

    It looks like there might be a problem on their end.

    We would advise to contact the support team for SHTML and mention that previous to the update the shortcodes worked properly.
