  • We’ve not used that theme, but I can’t imagine that it wouldn’t be. The only time we run into trouble is when a theme makes heavy use of the output buffer or when it overrides shortcodes in some way.

Hi, OK I’ve installed IgnitionDeck plugin and activated it, then created a new project ‘ test project CF1’ but when I click on view project, the folder mysite.org/projects/test-project-cf1/ page gets called up but it’s empty and says <<Sorry, Nothing was Found>>
    same for page mysite.org/projects/
The only place I can see the test project is in widget format, but there are no live links there to click and open up the project page and nowhere to click and pledge.
How do I make the project page visible?
Do I need to have the Theme?
I have not activated the Theme Framework 500 as I am already running JobRoller theme.
Also there is nowhere in the settings configure the commerce side for pledge collection, I want to use PayPal like for payments for Jobposts, is that possible? Where do I configure that?
    Many thanks for your assistance!

Try re-saving permalinks. Enabling commerce requires a license: https://ignitiondeck.com/id/ignitiondeck-pricing

OK re-saved permalinks now I can see the project page but only title and top description, no pledge levels, is that due to pending license registration too?

Did you place a widget on the page?

I placed the IgnitionDeck Project widget in other pages sidebar, like main sidebar or blog sidebar, or jobs sidebar, as the ‘projects’ sidebar option does not appear available to be selected for placing widgets, anything that I need to tweak there?

The main sidebar should work, since projects use a post template. Does your post template have a sidebar? If so, try it there.

Yes the main sidebar works (my post template caters for blog posts only).
On another note, I want to try with the basic licence IgnitionDeck ‘to get started’, is this licence a one off fee?
Furthermore I am also considering the option of setting up a multisite, so I can use the Framework theme. It looks like the only license that supports multisite is the IgnitionDeck Enterprise, is that right?
And so, if I go for multisite network, could I transfer my license across from basic to enterprise by topping up the difference or will I have to purchase it all again? Thanks a lot for your assistance!

The IgnitionDeck license is an annual fee for support and updates with discounted renewal after that time expires.

And yes, we do offer a manual upgrade process from IDCF -> IDE. Just email hello at virtuousgiant dot com and we’ll fix you up.
