    Hey there!

I was just trying to see what is going to happen when invalid recipient email is provided (I put recipient email without @ sign, on purpose). Within PW Gift Card Email settings, there is “Invalid Email Notification” field. I put my email address, so I was expecting to get some email notification about invalid recipient email usage, but no email came. I tried this with both, “Use the WooCommerce Transactional Email System” enabled and disabled, but no Invalid Email Notification was sent. We are using the latest version of your plugin… Are we missing something or this needs to be fixed?

    Thanks

Sorry to hear you’re having trouble with the plugin. We aren’t aware of this issue however you provided great steps to reproduce the problem you are seeing. I am going to attempt the same setup to see if there is an issue. As soon as I have more information I will let you know!

We have removed this misleading configuration option, the invalid email address should not have been allowed in the first place. If a bad email address is used, the email will bounce back to the sender (the store admin email address).

We are releasing this change later today in v1.57.
