    Hello Dylan,
I’m dealing with a JavaScript developer to create lots of objects in “digital art” to include in my quizzes. But I was blocked by questions with icons (icons to include in HD Quiz questions for example). So, I tried solutions, and I discovered it’s possible to include icons inside questions of HD Quiz! ??
You must use “decimal code” (like & # 123456 ; without spaces) and the icon appears inside the sentence! Inside the questions, but also inside the answers! It’s like magic!
So, it’s possible to create a grid with 100 icons, and ask in the question: “Which one is in double?”, and put icons in the answers!

Yo’ll say it’s a WordPress feature, but you should speak about this feature in the guide of HD Quiz, it could seduce future users. The list of decimal codes can be found here: https://www.w3schools.com/charsets/ref_emoji.asp

Just to test if such codes are displayed in this message:
    🍎
    🍏
    🍐

It is 100% an feature of HD Quiz!

Certain HTML codes are allowed in the question title and answers such as strong and em to format text, but most “coding characters” are stipped out or converted to their “entity” for security. This way a bad actor cannot paste in or add malicious scripts or anything like that.

However, sometimes a user will want to display code instead of rendering it. For example, the words in the previous sentence “display” and “render” were wrapped in <em> tags – which is why they are rendering as italics. But similar to how I can write “<em>” and it displays instead of rendering, sometimes a HD Quiz user will want to do the same. So for that, we have charset support ??

Hope this long-winded explanation makes sense and I’m glad you are enjoying playing around with it ??
