Is it compatiable

I already have a website which sells properties, https://thinkbulgarian.com , but I want to add a section / a plugin that will allow clients to select either to sell or advertise a rental property, with the properties for sales structure remaing the same but a new section for rentals using this plugin. Is this possible?
