    Hi,

    May I know is it even possible to install a duplicator on a WordPress.com site?

    it’s not a normal WordPress site, it’s a WordPress site in WordPress.com.

    we want to migrate “https://EXAMPLE.wordpress.com/” site out and put it into Cpanel is it possible or not?

    The Lite version of the plugin is currently not supported on WordPress.com. If you are having issues with the Pro version go ahead and submit a support ticket for this issue we can have a closer look at your setup.

    Hi,

    Does that mean the normal duplicator version is not supported on wordpress.com?

    and the duplicator pro is supported for the WordPress site migration write?

    Hey @francispang,

    There are only two versions of the plugin LITE (free) and PRO. Only the PRO version currently works with WordPress.com. The LITE version, the one you can download from www.ads-software.com (this site) does not currently work with that host, but we do have plans in the future to make it compatible, we just don’t have an exact date.
