Is it gone forever or is it still in the database?

I deleted my WP files when I was having issues with the install. I didn’t have the database name/password because it was installed through Netrillium. I’ve looked through each database and I can’t seem to find the one I need. Was it deleted when I deleted all the wp files? If I find the database will it be empty because of the deleted wp files?
