Is it legal to delete a user’s review?

    Congratulations on this plugin

    I have a problem with a user.
    This person made a purchase in our store and when they received the message programmed by “Customer Reviews for WooCommerce” to leave a review.
    He gave a 1 STAR review and a comment saying that he had problems with the product.
    However, he put the same comment on all the products he had purchased without specifying what the product was and what the problem was with this product..
    Of course, our store has proceeded to refund the purchase amount, despite the customer’s failure to demonstrate that the products were defective.

    Despite this, the customer has not modified his review.
    Can I legally remove this review from all the products where I left it?
    Where can I find information regarding this topic?

    Hi,

    Thanks for using CusRev.

    You have full control over reviews on your site. But we do not support deleting verified reviews on cusrev.com because it will compromise their authenticity and undermine trust. You can try to reply to the review and ask the reviewer for an update on their end.
