Is it possible ??

Hi, one of my client wants to make his HomePage customizable. He is actually running a Local Media site, he wants his visitors to be able to customize the Homepage (for example like iGoogle) with the topics they like.

I suggested him the theme https://deluxethemes.com/comfy/ and he fine with it, but still wants more customizable since it don’t have the feature of adding additional topics and has only the removal of existing categories.

So please suggest me a way…
