2) Free version can’t do that, but Pro version can
3) Not with free version, but with Pro version

I want to make that if the user is registered and logged in then “Your Name” field will be filled with the user name of the user and if the user is not registered user then the form will show up like its now.
How i do it?

and can i switch the URL field to Email?
