Is it possible for a Forum to have featured image?

I have created Main forum and under the main forum I created a forum and I want to share that forum on Facebook but when I share its shwoing different featured image,

is there any possible way to show any custom image as snippet?

Forums don’t have featured image. The default snippet image is for all forums. Only topic page (with list of posts) have own snippet image if the first post contains some image, otherwise it also shared with the default snippet image.

Now thats the issue in this plugin….

The thing is, if anyone have multiple forum and want to share it on facebook then it will end up showing the first page of forum like domain.com/forum.

also the issue is if any one share the topic which do have a title image might be and full text of issue or discussion any member made then if anyone share that topic link on facebook then also the forum snippet and texts everything will appear instead of the topic title..

needs these updates

Forums and Topics are not articles and they don’t have featured images. Please let me know where you insert forum and topic specific images?

I just want know where are you going to insert Forum Image in your forums? Where should be located the forum image to share then? Forums are a horizontal tabs/panels. Nothing else.

wpForo Topic and posts are real content and they are already integrated with Facebook image share function, they generate snippet image automatically based on first post content and other post content. Please read this support topic:

This threat link is copied and pasted on fb debugger and showing the topic of this threat but whereas my forum members also created the topic same like here and I went on fb debugger to see but instead of showing topic title its showing me forum title.

I hope you got my point.

As per the image, its alright if the image uploading option is not there. it actually takes first image automatically or the image which has good resolution and pixels its alright!

Please navigate to Dashboard > Forums > Settings > Styles tab, put this CSS code in Custom CSS Code textarea (at end), save it, delete all caches and press Ctrl+F5 on forum front then check using private session of mobile browsers:
