Is it possible to add an URL to the shortcode?

    Hi,
    I have created an advanced button with Gutebnberg Kadence Blocks, then saved it as reusable block. Thanks to Reusable Blocks Expanded I have been able to insert the shortcode in the short description of a Woocommerce product, but I would like the button to link to a different URL when I use it in different products.

    Is it possible to add anything to the shortcode to specify a new URL? Is there any way to get this result?
