Is it possible to add custom events to this plugin?

There is no currently docs available. The plugin code is somewhat commented, you can add customizations straight to it. Be aware, that they might be gone after you update the plugin.

I’m currently working on a new major version of the plugin, which will add more modularity, wordpress filters and action support. That will highly enhance such customization, and will support plugin updates. The release schedule is yet not fixed for that major version.

I would suggest that you wait for that version to write your own plugin for WP Power Stats.
