Is it possible to add more form fields?

  • Hi. is it possible to add more form fields to the form? We want to be able to capture more data. I have also tried to test the plugin, but it is not catching the codes that I have already submitted before. Do you know why? Thank you.

    I have a pro version that I need to put on a site that has the ability to add custom form fields.

    Can you give me more detail on what you mean by it is not “catching the codes” that I have already submitted? Do you mean you are entering in a contest code that is valid and it is not being marked as being used? Or ???

    HI, We are going to have a contest and at the end of the trade show we will pick the winner randomly. So we would like to catch all the entrants information. By doing this, we are going to hand out about 500 unique flyers to people with a unique number on it. Once a number is entered, it will not be able to be submitted again. Does the plugin notify you that the number has already been entered?
    Is there a way I can see the demo of the pro version? This would be great if we can add more fields. Thank you!
