Is it possible to add Quote Images to Slider?

Hi Dear Support Team,
Can I add Quote Images like this https://www.idontknow.in/wp-content/uploads/2016/01/idontknow9-750×400.png to my Home page slider or any other idea to do this?
I don’t want to create post for quotes and will it be possible to use a folder for random images with quotes to show up?
