Is it possible to add toc as a menu item in an existing menu?

  • Is it possible to add TOC+ into an existing menu?

    I am making a site with a sidebar navigation. The main navigation links to the major site pages. When a user navigates to one of these pages I would like to open a submenu based on the contents of the page.

    I can add each heading on the page as a separate menu item manually. However, it would be more convenient if the headings could be populated automatically by TOC+.

    Below is a diagram of what I am talking about. PAGE1 to PAGE5 are my own menu items. I am wondering if it’s possible for TOC+ to generate Heading 1 to Heading 3 when the user is on PAGE3.
