    Hi,

    Is it possible to make agent responses anonymous? So when agent responds, user can see maybe company/website name but not the specific agent name responding to his tickets? This would apply to emails being sent and customer portal. We would want to protect our agents’ privacy by not disclosing their information publicly.

    Thank you for reaching out. Currently, it is not possible to hide the agent details; however, this sounds like an interesting feature and i will add this to the feature requests list.

    If you are interested, I can also ask for a quote from the developers for its viability.
