Is it possible to apply an animation to a specific DIV and ID tag?

Is it possible to apply an animation to a specific DIV and ID tag?

Rather than applying an animation to a section of content (in a page/post), is it possible to use this plugin to apply the animation to a DIV and ID tag that is outside of the page/post content area, such as something in the navigation menu, or the website logo, etc.?

If so, can someone point me to instructions on how to do this?
